Coach LittleZ23 believes in the win-win experience for everyone. We have positions for Interns (folks who work with us face-to-face), Externs (folks who work with us virtually) and Volunteers (folks we connect with our non-profit affiliate, Entrusted Legacy.
We have an outstanding support system for our interns and externs so they can develop and hone skills they will need in the real-world.

Coach LittleZ23 interns get valuable real-world experience while still honing their workplace skills. Intern positions include cinematographers, video editors, and administrative assistants.
Excited Externs
Coach LittleZ23 externs gain their work experience and generally work virtually. Extern positions include graphic designers, copywriters, video editors and more. Access the application below.
Valued Volunteers
Although Coach LittleZ23 doesn't use volunteers per se, we support a non-profit both financially and with "sweat equity" and will focus our volunteers on supporting Entrusted Legacy's work with youth.
Coach LittleZ23 says:
“Getting your head wrapped around what you want to do and what you want to accomplish is the first step in the system. You will CrystaliZe your thinking which allows you to move forward and make things happen. It is important to get organized and ItemiZe what needs to be done. Then do it and ActualiZe your plans. When you’ve done the work, take a look at it and see if you accomplished your goals. In other words, ScrutiniZe, so you can clearly identify your current reality and RealiZe your net steps which will take you back to the beginning of the cycle.”
